Helping others to achieve their dreams through fitness

Hi, I’m Andrea. I love helping others to achieve their dreams and goals! I’m a level 2/3 personal trainer holding qualifications in kettlebells, spin, TRX, pre-postnatal, and First Aid.

 

Since qualifying I love seeing how I can help others become more active by encouraging them to achieve something they thought was impossible. With the simplest of movement someone can become more active while having better mobility to go about their daily goals.

Most often, people are actually fitter than they think! Hence the name Fitter than you think fitness!
 

In addition to physical fitness, exercise can also help our mental health in a variety of ways.

The simplest way to achieve a healthier mind and soul is having the belief you can achieve anything with a little help.


Exercise is a great way to boost the immune system which helps mentally to focus on those day-to-day tasks.

This is why it is my passion to help individuals gain this belief and begin experiencing the many benefits exercise can bring.

 

I currently work with 1-2-1 clients helping them with their own personal goals, whether it be mobility issues to developing their strength training. I’m working with a learning disability group every week helping with mobility, cardio and strength training which they don’t like to miss. They absolutely love the weekly sessions!


I also help run an outdoor bootcamp called KICKSTART BOOTCAMP which is a fantastic way to meet people who love to exercise in groups. By exercising in a group, it’s like having your own small community of like-minded people.

 

I believe everyone is fitter than they think. You won’t know until you try.
